Cocktail of the Month
SHANKY'S WHIP
OLD FASHION
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Shanky's Whip
2 dashes bitters
1 sugar cube (or 1/2 oz simple syrup)
Orange peel
Ice
Maraschino cherry for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Place sugar cube in a rocks glass.
Add 2 dashes of bitters directly onto the sugar cube.
Add a small splash of warm water to the glass and stir gently to dissolve the sugar.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour 2 ounces of Shanky’s Whip into the glass.
Stir the cocktail for ~30 seconds.
Twist an orange peel over the glass to express the oils into the drink, then drop the peel into the glass.
Garnish with Hotel Starlino Maraschino Cherry.
